RSWeb and Services…

Tip to make placing orders easier in RSWeb…

If you have multiple service addresses, you may be changing the default address every time you place an order. We can pre-load all of your possible service addresses so they appear under the “Choose Address” option at checkout. You would no longer have to indicate your delivery instructions in the “comments” section. Instead, you would just select and confirm your service address. Contact us to set this up for you to ensure an easier checkout experience.

What NOT to include in your Security Containers…

Recycling is in all of our best interests! Shredded paper is returned to recycling centers and turned into other products. It is helpful if the contents of your security containers does not include any of the following items:

·    Large black binder/presentation clips
·    Anything made entirely out of plastic or metal
·    Cardboard
·    Hard drives [requires special handling]

Please contact Liz Carrera if you have questions regarding the above information.

Happy 2011 from RCI!

It’s already February. Time certainly flies and times also change. However, one thing that won’t change is RCI’s commitment to customer service. Our mission is clear: To obtain and maintain 100% customer satisfaction. If there is anything we can do for you or anything we can do better, we value your input.

What’s happening at RCI…

Clients are recognizing the great job of RCI team members!

Below are a few examples of what client’s are saying about the customer service they are receiving from RCI…

Barbara gave a huge thanks to one of our drivers, Gilbert, who was able to take her extra boxes and did it with a huge smile and a great attitude! She also had a very pleasant experience with Nicole, an Administrative Assistant, who walked her through RSWeb and was patient and happy to be of assistance.

Gina called to praise the RCI Warehouse for promptly pulling a file from Data Entry which saved them a ton of time and money!

Great job everyone!

If you have a story you’d like to share about an RCI employee that you feel went over and above or provided exceptional customer service, please call or email us your story. We’d love to hear from you!

RSWeb and Services…

Did you know that RCI offers Scan on Demand Direct™ services?

We can create electronic copies of all your documents – each with their own unique identifying file number, so you can receive an electronic copy usually within minutes. What’s more, you can control who can download the image, view the image and how long you keep the information available. Our document imaging process includes SSL encryption to protect your information during transfer from our facility to your office.  It’s the ultimate in information management services.

Please contact Liz Carrera if you have questions or for more information.

What is an E-Reciept?

An E-Receipt is an electronic copy of the receipt that is created after you sign for a delivery or pickup from an RCI Driver.  E-Receipts can be emailed to several people to complete the paper/electronic trail of deliveries and pickups of your records.  RCI uses state of the art scanners that communicate the completion of a delivery/pickup in the field.  This “in field” update results with an E-Reciept in your email inbox before our driver even leaves your office.

If you are interested in receiving up to the moment updates on the status of your record deliveries and pickups, please contact Liz Carrera for more information.
