Did you know that file-level Refiles can now be submitted for pickup via RSWeb? RCI has added a Refiles checkbox on the front of our containers. Checking this box will help our driver easily identify and scan the files you are returning to RCI. To ensure accurate file inventories, all file-level refiles can now be submitted for pickup via RSWeb.
Here’s how…
When returning files place them in a container, mark it “Refiles” and submit the container barcode for pickup as usual. In your Cart you can follow the easy steps below to include the Refiles.
Step 1: From the Add to Cart menu column, go to Items>Enter Items
Step 2: From the Items Entry screen select Service Type:Pickup and Item Type:Filefolder.
Step 4: Checkout and order from your cart as usual.

Step 3: Enter each 7-digit file barcode.Use the Tab key on your keyboard after each barcode to move to the next available line. Once all barcodes have been entered select Add to Cart at the bottom of the screen.| Record Connection… |
