New security policy being implemented… In an effort to enhance the security of your records with RCI, we have implemented a security policy regarding the accessibility of account information and storage items. The Authorized Representative Policy (ARP) is designed to promote security compliance practices for RCI as well as for your business. RCI will be finalizing RSWeb individual user set ups and PIN number assignments to meet our conformance goal of August 1, 2011.
We encourage you to review your current authorized users list and provide updates as they become necessary to prevent and delay or interruption of service.
