RCI Newsletter – May 2011

Posted by Admin On May - 17 - 20113 COMMENTS
As we approach summer and the temperatures rise, I’m reminded that there are many Arizona businesses that will soon be trekking over to a self-storage unit in 100+ degree heat to retrieve or file their documents! Many of our valued clients started their relationship with RCI after realizing that there was a better way to manage their records. Instead of battling the heat, companies can enjoy their cool office while records are delivered to their desk or they can access their information online. So, tell a friend about RCI and be entered into our drawing for a $100 VISA gift card. Contact Liz Carerra for more details.

“Give credit where credit is due” was the idea this month! Despite being brought on as a temporary employee, Chris Borquez has not gone unrecognized by his fellow coworkers. Chris has earned the Good Deed prize for this month for being a hard worker and team player. We appreciate your great attitude Chris!

We’d like to welcome Gray & Fassold, P.C. to RCI.

New security policy being implemented…

In an effort to enhance the security of your records with RCI, we have implemented a security policy regarding the accessibility of account information and storage items. The Authorized Representative Policy (ARP) is designed to promote security compliance practices for RCI as well as for your business. RCI will be finalizing RSWeb individual user set ups and PIN number assignments to meet our conformance goal of August 1, 2011.

  • Records and information requested via telephone must be made by authorized representatives of your company.  We will confirm the requestor’s identity by requesting a 4-digit PIN number from the caller.
  • Email requests will be processed if the sender is on your company’s Authorized Representative list. Fax requests will be processed after receiving verbal confirmation of a PIN number from an Authorized Representative.
  • RSWeb users already provide encrypted login and password authentication and will not require any changes at this time.

We encourage you to review your current authorized users list and provide updates as they become necessary to prevent and delay or interruption of service.  If you have questions or need an updated authorized users list for your company, please contact Liz Carrera. We appreciate your support and cooperation during this important transition.

Are you utilizing RSWeb to maximize your efficiency?

  • 24/7 online access to all of your offsite records
(Make requests any time of the day or night, from anywhere in the world!)
  • Request and view imaged documents anytime and anywhere
