Liz Carrera, our Manager of Client Services and Administration, was elected as Secretary to the Phoenix, Arizona ARMA chapter board. Our internal operational and administrative practices are measured to ensure the highest level of customer service. We call this our “conformance to quality”. And, for the first time ever in RCI’s 12+ year history, we recorded 100%!

An RSWeb Reminder… In the Image Express and Order Express features, the buttons Add and Continue at the bottom of the Quick Add page perform distinct functions. Once entering the record information, pressing the ADD button will add the temporary record item and refresh the page allowing additional items to be added. Pressing the CONTINUE button will take you to the Add to Cart page to order the newly added record item. Please see the image below for reference.
Did you know you can request servicing of your shred bins using RSWeb?All you have to do is search for your shred bin barcode number and add it to your Cart for Pickup – just like a storage container. Contact Customer Service for setup of this feature. |

PRISM International Celebrates 30 years of Operation Patients’ Records Tossed into Dump…
STOCKTON – Paper medical records belonging to approximately 1,200 patients who visit Sutter Gould Medical Foundation physicians in Stockton and Lodi were lost May 27.
