Cooler mornings and evenings are the first sign that Fall is in the air. It’s the time of year that many of you are starting to prepare for end of year clean-outs and/or sending records offsite for storage. Or you’re working on your 2012 destruction plan and budget. Don’t put it off any longer! Contact RCI and get the ball rolling now to avoid delays and end of year rush.

What’s happening at RCI…
RCI is awarded the 2011 Achievement in Operational Excellence at O’Neil’s 2011 SP Conference!RCI was selected from a group of over 500 International record centers to receive this award. The award is given each year to a company that displays a thorough knowledge of the software, utilizes its capabilities to the fullest and demonstrates a superior level of customer service and streamlined operations to their customers.

Electronic invoicing…

Over the past year we’ve converted more clients than ever to electronic invoice delivery. If you are interested in eliminating your paper invoice and would like the convenience of an electronic invoice, please contact Liz Carrera to make this simple change.


Need a quick inventory of items recently sent to storage?

Follow the easy steps below to view 500 containers at a time.*

  • Under CONTAINER you will need to do a SEARCH and then a QUICK SEARCH
  • Select ADD DATE RANGE
  • Enter date range (ex. 9/1/2011 & 9/15/2011; the date range can be the same day
  • Click SEARCH
  • Once the containers have populated the CONTAINER screen, you can sort them by any of the columns across the top of the screen (simply click on the column name)
  • Once the inventory is complete, select OPTIONS, PRINT

*If you need to view more than 500 containers at a time, you will need to break down the add date range to smaller increments.

With the recent very hot temperatures, it’s hard to say that “fall is in the air,” but  the holidays and end of the year is truly right around the corner. For many of you, this means starting to prepare for “end of year clean-outs” and sending records offsite for storage. RCI is ready to assist you with this process and task! Order your label and box supplies now so you’re not behind the eight ball!

RSWeb and Services…
Oh, no my session timed out!As many of you have noticed, an RSWeb login session will time out after ten minutes of inactivity. If you experience this “time out,” please be aware that your information did not fall into cyberspace. Upon logging into a new session, you can retrieve the items you were viewing or entering back into view by performing a simple Quick Search. To view newly added Containers, choose Pending Containers. Another option is Add Date Range which allows you to view items added within a specific set of dates. Feel free to email or call our Customer Service Department at 602-258-4000 for help or questions about the timeout security feature.


RSWeb Upgrades…RSWeb is scheduled to have an upgrade during the month of September, so keep an eye out for an official system upgrade notification. During this time RSWeb will be unavailable. After-hours customer service will still be available should you have any rush requests. For emergency, after-hours requests please call 602-418-4660.
