The simple answer: Security. There are risks involved when allowing login sessions to go unattended. Someone could walk by while you’re away from your desk and see information that they are not privy to. The session timeout is set up system-wide and cannot be changed. The timer at the bottom-right of the screen counts down the 10 minutes. A simple browser refresh will bring the count back up to 10 minutes.
If I have items in my Cart and my session times out, will I have to perform my searches all over again?
No. When you log in the next time, the items that were in your Cart will still be there. Cart items can only be removed if you select to remove them or if they are checked out and ordered.

The new user must complete and sign the RSWeb.net Client Agreement. Contact your RCI Client Account Manager for the form. When we receive the completed form, the user will be issued their own username and password.

Call RCI Client Services. They will place a request with the RSWeb.NET setup team for a new template option. The template will not be the default, but will be a selection available on the entry screen.
